1. Adherence and awareness of all existing company policies, quality procedures, work instructions and memorandum.
2. Prepares accurately the daily reports and itinerary and submit promptly.
3. Responsible for the attainment of the quality objectives and targets such as to achieve sales targets per month.
4. Handles and evaluates clients' inquiry and gives appropriate proposal together with a realistic estimate prepared for the clients' requirements.
5. Facilitates for the approval of Sales Contract and once approved, endorse to respective Sales Supervisor and help in collection of payments.
6. Coordinates the status of client requirements and feedback results to client specially the delivery or pick-up schedules.
7. Reports directly to the respective Sales Supervisor on the status of each quotation, project accomplishments and other pertinent information needed to meet client satisfaction in order to close the Sales and maintain continuous business relationship with them.
8. Handles client's complaint and inquiries aptly.
9. Remittance of collection with complete and accurate records/data on time.
10. Participates actively in coordination meeting, sales conferences and training programs.
11. Conduct After Sales Service.
