Caspio, a US-based Platform as a Service company with global operations, is growing its team in Makati. We are looking for successful, motivated, high-energy sales professionals to drive our growth and new customer acquisition.

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sales Account Executive with experience selling technology and/or software services over the phone, email, and web-based presentations. The Account Executive will be responsible for engaging with a stream of inbound inquiries and assisting prospects and customers with achieving their goals utilizing our platform.

The ideal candidate has a history of consultative sales, proven ability with achieving sales quotas, and loves the challenges that come with working with prospects in a hot market and a fast-paced environment.  

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing the dealEngage prospects to understand the capabilities of the platformdocument their needs and all other communication in the CRMWork with internal resources and various departments including but not limited to Sales Engineers and Customer Success ManagersPresent products and solutions by performing informative and effective demosPrepare and present sales proposals and negotiate to close deals successfullyLearn and maintain relevant knowledge of the platform, product features, and platform servicesUnderstand the competitive landscape and market

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is a must. It could be in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field. MBA degree preferred.Intelligent and articulate.3+ years with proven success as an Account Executive in a tech/software environment for the U.S. market.Punctual with the ability to work night shift hours to provide overlap and coverage with U.S. business hours (PST) reliably.Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principlesExcellent knowledge of MS Office; CRM softwareClear, effective, and articulate verbal and written communication skills Ability to deliver excellent product presentations and demosStrong work ethic with a detailed oriented, organizational, and time-management skillsBusiness acumen (mindset, appearance, language, etiquette, etc.)Strong ability to build and grow relationships with prospects and customers.
