Job Description:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualifications:
· Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology or other equivalent courses.
· Fresh Graduate or with one (1) year work experience is a plus.
· Candidate must possess good oral and written English communications skills.
· Candidate must be aggressive, fast learner, flexible, self-starter, comfortable meeting other people and willing to handle different sales assignments.
· Candidate must be highly motivated, goal oriented, results driven, service oriented, with good interpersonal skills and can be able to work with customer effectively.
· Candidate must possess basic presentation skills.
· Candidate must be willing to undergo sales and product training for three (3) months.
· Candidate must be knowledgeable in Computer hardware and software products.
· Basic knowledge in Local Area Network, Wide Area Network and Structured Cabling System is an advantage.
· Candidate must be willing to travel within the country or abroad.
· Candidate must be comfortable to work with monthly quota, submit daily sales activity report, and submit monthly sales forecast.
· Candidate can work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
· Reports directly to Sales Manager.
