Job Summary:

OracleCMS is a boutique BPO company based in Makati working with Australian clientele. We are looking for suitable, qualified, and engaged candidates to take over roles managing our HR and recruitment, whilst working closely with the management team to ensure a friendly and efficient environment for all agents to assist in producing effective and efficient services for our clients.

As OracleCMS is a small company we are looking for applicants that have skills and experience in managing both recruitment and HR General roles, OracleCMS will provide support to the HR manager across all areas, and hope to bring in a candidate that has strong team values, work ethic and attention to detail.

OracleCMS is excited to bring in a new HR/Recruitment Manager to bring new ideas and concepts to help improve our current recruitment strategies whilst reviewing current HR procedures to identify and implement improvements.

HR Management Job Roles include:

Managing Staff attendance and adherence to company policiesInduction of new staff and release of new or updated policiesManaging staff 201 filesManaging staff well-being and handling staff grievancesAssisting with any labor cases or arbitrationComplete staff appraisal and performance reviewsAssist management in managing staff performance and providing feedback to agents

An HR recruiter's main goal is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions. They develop local and national recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and new, creative recruiting ideas. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicants to interviews;

HR Managers' role in recruiting includes:

Develop and execute recruiting plansNetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employeesDevelop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring processCoordinate and implement college recruiting initiativesHandle administrative duties and recordkeepingCollect data on cost per hire and time-to-hireScreen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirementsWork with hiring managers to create job descriptionsConduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationDevelop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the needResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingSourcing candidates onlineUpdating job adsConducting background checks

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written1 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources and RecruitmentStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Efficient HR administration and people management skillsUnderstand general Labor laws and requirements
