Design policies and tools on Career DevelopmentReview new position or modified jobs and conduct job analysis to verify actual job duties and responsibilitiesAssist BU/Department Heads in creating or revising their group's Competency Matrix, Career Paths, and Job ProfilesMaintain and record of all job analysis/evaluation resultsConduct annual competency gap analysis by administering the Competency Assessment chart for all employees, collating, summarizing and analyzing all competency gaps which serve as basis for training and other development needs of employeesFacilitate the initial assessment/screening of all employee movement requests such as promotion, re-alignment, and transfer and ensure alignment with the Department's competency matrix, approved plantilla, and manpower budgetRecommend salary increases for promotions based on promotion guidelines and budgetTalent Mobility And Succession Management
