JOB SUMMARYOur Talent Acquisition Supervisor executes Recruitment strategies and activities within the assigned area; has the role of a Recruiter in Hatch (HRMS); collaborates with Division Hiring Managers on a regular basis to proactively identify hiring needs.JOB ROLESExecuting Recruitment goals and objectives for the HR Operations Team and tracking progress, this includes deployment targets, reports deadline and HRMS processing timeline.Developing and implementing recruitment activities:Building applicants pool by placing job advertisement on job boards, government and school agencies, etcEstablishing networks and contacts, attending recruitment events and activities to attract applicantsInterviewing candidates, administering appropriate assessments and performing background checksCoordinating and scheduling final interview appointment with the candidates and the Hiring Managers, including follow ups on the interview statusEnsuring that the candidates comply with the pre-employment requirements including medical and physical examination and documents completionPreparing and routing necessary approval for hiring documentsSummarizing list of new hires and coordinates with L&D for onboardingMonitoring, requesting and issuing IDs and uniforms to new hiresServing as Recruiter:Updating Application statuses on the Hiring Dashboard, shortlists applicants and ensuring that they are in correct requisitionEnsuring that interview guides are accomplished completely by the Hiring ManagersPreparing Offer Letters and assigning approver based from the approval matrix, once approved sending Offer Letter to candidates for acknowledgementCompleting HR task during onboardingChecking completeness and verifying authenticity of candidates submitted pre-employment requirementsMonitoring applicants’ database to track status and constantly updating the applicants and Hiring Managers on the progressPreparing Recruitment Reports such as New Store Update, Vacancy Report, etcMaintaining an orderly and systematic work area and complying with the policies and procedures of Data Privacy.QUALIFICATIonSCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.Required skill(s): hiring and recruitment, behavioral interviewing, HRMS knowledge.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
