JOB SUMMARY

Oversee the Human Resource, Talent Management and Administrative operations of the company. Ensures that department’s day-to-day functions are efficiently and effectively performs align with the Company’s goals and objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures the attainment of the Division’s goals and objectives.Reviews and updates, as needed, the existing manuals and policies under the division.Prepares reports as required by the senior management.Coordinates with relevant departments or divisions to actively share common understanding to policies and guidelines formulated by the division.Manages and controls division and department expenses and ensures that activities are within agreed budgets.Ensures that all programs and action plans are in compliance to company policy and procedures and all due diligence are attended to accordingly.Ensures timely compliance to government reports and mandatory benefits distribution of all employees.Ensure that company policies are properly implemented.Ensure the bidding processes and contractual agreements with third party provider (repair, improvement, insurances and others) are aligned with the policies.Ensure the effectiveness of the Admin system towards general objectives and functions.Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.Ensures effectiveness and competency of the managers to handle the staff and the performance of their dutiesManifest expertise in people management and engages in continuous learning and developmental activities.Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees under your supervision.Complies with company policies and shows discipline at work.Consistently displays good attitude, respect, honesty, leadership integrity, objectivity and fair play.Successfully carries out other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Law, or any related course.With at least ten (10) years of solid senior management experience in financing, legal institutions or related industries.With experience in handling Administrative and HR functionsWith in-depth knowledge of best practices in management.Experienced in handling multiple teams in different discipline     With excellent oral and written communications skillsExcellent Organizational, Leadership and Problem Solving SkillsHighly analytical with good business acumen and drive to achieve goalsPeople oriented and result driven, team player, and high level of professionalism, transparency and integrity                                               Ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, keeps confidential information secure.       Of good moral character, result oriented and team player.Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
