HR Data and Digital Officer is a critical role in driving organizational transformation and ensuring our people and culture strategy aligns to and supports our changing business strategy. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Platforms, experience in setting up and optimizing Digital Resources and communities for adoption, and strong background in change management
Help define and implement new human capital development processes and maximize the use of tools like the Learning Management System, Oracle (YES Perform), Articulate Storyline, Culture IQ, and the likeDesign, build and maintain LMS content and training databaseSupport HR-enabled workforce strategies under culture, performance, L&D, talent, and other data-enabled HR processes (like engagement)4. Help form and engage HCD communities (Performance, Learning, Culture)
Plan and execute digital performance management campaignUse digital technologies to build new capabilities that establish HR as a partner and coach for businessesAt least 3 years of experience in 3 or more of the following:
Employee Experience Lifecycle, Human Centric Design, People Insights & Performance, HR Strategy, Digital HR & Oracle, HR Operating Model & Capabilities, HR Service Model & Design
