Job Summary:

To provide end-to-end recruitment processing from sourcing, selection, hiring and placement; and create a data base of potential applicants for future vacancies.

The Recruitment Specialist provides effective recruitment coordination to all requisitioning departments for all directly hired positions in the head office and plants (Cabuyao, Bicutan, Cebu) while coordinating the deployment of agency-hired workers.

Job Responsibilities

Receives all approved PRFs, attached job descriptions and other justification documents; identifies job requirements and position qualificationsUtilizes all available sourcing channel of high quality recruitsSort out resume to get qualified resumeConduct preliminary interview to get qualified candidatesAdministers Psychological Tests: IQ/Aptitude Test, Skill-based Test and Function-based Test; conduct test interpretation and submit recommendation to requesting department headEndorse candidates for interview of requesting department headMonitor and follow-up interview results; ensure that interview results are documented in the Recruitment Assessment FormValidate the truthfulness of all information provided by candidate in the application form and during the interview process that could be critical to final selection decision.Conduct simple reference checks for staff positionsConsult with the HRAD head proposed job offer details and secure clearance to proceed with the job offer sheet preparationPrepare job offer sheet and route for signature and approval of PERCOMDiscuss job offer and secure “conforme” from the candidateEnsure that the job offer sheet terms and conditions will be the basis for the employment contract detailsSecure submission of pre-employment requirements and physical and medical examination clearancePrepare the employment contract; explain the terms and conditions of the employment contract, the non-disclosure agreement and the non-competition clause; ensure that new employee understands and agrees before signing the employment contractRequire new employees to accomplish all employment forms on the 1st day of work; endorse forms to Compensation and Benefit Personnel for submission to proper government agenciesConduct general orientation to new employees about the Company, employee rules and regulation, the nature of the job and the necessary adjustments to perform the jobIntroduce new employees and endorse them to their respective immediate superiorMonitor 3rd and 5th month employment of probationary employee.Trigger Compensation and Benefit Personnel to release inter-office memo and the performance appraisal formsMonitor progress of performance appraisal and regularization and report statusConduct exit interviews to resigned or separated employees; get reasons for resignation or validate reasons for separationGenerate exit interview summary reportsGenerate Recruitment Updates and Report as measured by KRAs

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in PsychologyRegistered Psychometrician is a plusAt least 2 years of working experience in doing end to end process of recruitment and experience in Psych Assessment for recruitment is a plusPreferably with experience in a Manufacturing setup type of companyMust be willing to be stationed at Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan
