Job Purpose:
The TE Liaison Associate will assist and advise on employee statutory requirements and other HR Administration-related processes. This person will also build relationships with government agencies and ensure that the company is in compliance with labor regulations.
The TE Liaison Associate is a detail-oriented individual who works with the rest of the Talent Enablement Team to ensure that employees and the firm's required documents are submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains good working relationships with government agencies to ensure proper compliance.Submitting required documents on time to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.Provide assistance with the Talent Enablement Team on administrative tasks related to employment documents.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.Good communication and relationship-building abilities.Results-oriented and understands statutory requirements.Self-motivated, self-assured, and with good interpersonal skills.Possesses sound planning and organizing abilities, as well as the ability to prioritize effectively.Can do field works, and visit government offices.Amenable for hybrid work arrangement.
