· Monitor and evaluate team performance
· Coaching/ Training On Boarding Team Members
· Continuous Process Improvement for onboarding team
· Issue resolution and management
· Stakeholder coordination and management
· Vendor Management
· Managed BCR vendor billing
· Monitoring of vendor’s performance and output
· Sourcing and processing of vendors
· Generate, update and report Dashboards of OBT overall performance
Other tasks to cover for assigned account/s or if a coordinator is on leave:
· Contract generation
· Monitoring of completion of all JO attachments
· Pre-employment requirement discussion
· Collection and monitoring of 201 requirements
· Scheduling of medical examination
· Endorsement for background check process
· Monitors result and provide updates with recruiters and Hiring Managers
· Analysis of reports from Vendors
· Coordinate and endorse reports with stakeholders
· Monitors completion of 201 requirements
· Endorsement of 201 requirements, PEME and background check report with HR
· Perform other related duties that may be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years direct work experience in the same capacityDetail Oriented; OrganizedGood customer-service and communications skillsWilling to work onsite if neededExperience from BPO an advantage
