JOB DEscriptION
1. Provides day-to-day employment administration services, including responding to employees' concern/s
2. Tracking and monitoring of personnel movement such as new hire, regularizations, appraisals, resignation, lateral transfer and contract renewals
3. Prepares Certificate of Employment for loans, visa application and employment purposes
4. Monitoring probationary periods monthly and regularization for endorsement of HMO enrollment
5. Prepares report for New Hire Details and any movements that should be included to payroll report
6. Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data accurately
7. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource data and documentation.
8. Handles endorsement of PAN/CAN documents to other departments related to employment
9. Responsible for handling and uploading employment related documents to the system
10, Checking, monitoring and auditing endorsed contracts for notarization
11. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of employment records.
12. Prepares new hires list for manual government computations
13. Preparation of PAN for endorsement to IT for 77 email creation and laptop configuration
14. Uploading new users to muddle for the Training Portal
15. Any other task/s that may be assigned as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years relevant work experience in the area of documenting salary adjustments, maintaining data bases, preparing statistical reports*Place of residence must be within Pasig, Mandaluyong or area accessible to OrtigasPreferably Business Management/Admin or Human Resources graduates
