Learn about the ever-changing world of card processing and online paymentsCreate evidence to protect merchants from illegitimate chargebacksCheck the accuracy of our automated system in creating 100% accurate chargeback evidenceProviding customer satisfaction and experience Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) Participating in training to improve work performanceFollowing TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential

1-year Financial industry experience i.e. Banking, Accounting, or BPO Financial campaigns.Chargeback and disputes experience in a back office function.Tier two processing experience in either Mastercard, Visa, or Pulse NetworksExceptional Communication Skills—both written and oral.Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site once needed.
