EMAPTA is looking for a Bookkeeper to support our client, KHG LLC.

As a Bookkeeper, you will handle:

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Bank statement and credit card reconciliations

• Processing payroll • Preparing monthly journal entries

• Preparing monthly financial statements

• Analysis and interpretation of financial information

• Monthly and annual budgeting

• Monitoring and managing cash flow

• evaluating accounting records and making recommendations

• Preparing procedures for daily, weekly, and monthly accounting 

You should have:

Graduate of degree in accounting, finance, or related courseMinimum 3 years experience in QuickBooksProficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Spreadsheet and Accounting softwareHas strong attention to detail and provides product quickly and free of mistakes, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to exercise discretion and maintain strictest levels of confidentialityAmenable to work at night or overlapping shifts with our US clientsThe position will have the flexibility to work from home
