This role is key in delivering insights and analytics to strengthen operational health of Business Units supported and expected to provide actionable recommendations relating to address business and/or operational issues. The role requires coordinating with different departments like Marketing, Engineering and Technical Support to ensure validity of information. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the team in streamlining existing processes and identify areas for operational improvements.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Deliver Data Analytics function that includes data gathering & processing, report & dashboard building, and data analysisProvide data driven insights and recommendationCollaborate with different people in the organization, participate in Business reviews, Strategic Planning, etc.Recommends and negotiates solutions and timeline with stakeholders and gets their buy-in and commitment to any deliverableUncover different opportunities for process improvement and plan the timelines up to execution.Support different projects related to analyticsDevelop and document processes to improve and efficiently utilize current tools and resources while ensuring complianceContribute to team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectivesPerform any other duties as deemed appropriate by line managerFOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
A Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or related fieldsAt least 4years relevant work experience in analytics, oversight of project, and client managementProficiency in MS Office applications, including data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BIWHO YOU ARE:
You have a strong drive for results and exhibits passion and enthusiasm to get things done. With excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, you are able to efficiently process data, generate accurate high-quality reports and present results and findings.
