The Pineapple Plantation Manager is responsible for managing production operations in his/her assigned plantation. He/ She ensures that the production meets the required volume and within the accepted quality and food safety standard at optimum cost.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering or any related coursePost graduate degree is advantageAt least 5-7 years of relevant experience in pineapple production operationsLeadership and people management skillsCritical thinking and analytical skillsProblem solving and decision-making skillsFinancial analysis skillsOral and written communication skillsKnowledge in pineapple production operationsKnowledge in government regulations and complianceProficiency in computer operations, specifically MS applications
