Responsibilities:
Monitors parts shipments to forwarders daily through the website to checkthe shipment status;Coordinate with vendor for all importations and documentation.Analyzes the parts order daily through email to meet the cost factor;Computation of Duties and TaxesApprove Duties and TaxesApprove Parts FO in ERIC systemCheck correctness of Tariff classificationCheck the billing for parts cost and selling prices to determine thecorrectness of brokers' billing as needed, depending on the arrivals;Ensure all import licenses for regulated items are secure / appliedQualifications:
Coordinating and Negotiating skills, leadership skills, decision-making skills, excellent communication skills, and customer service competence, Interpersonal skills, familiar in customs procedures and practices; knows how to classify and compute duties & taxes with customs processing background; familiar with import and export procedures; rules and regulations.Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration or Logistics Management; licensed custom's broker is an advantage.Willing to work in San Juan
