Operations Lead
The Operations Lead role’s main responsibility is to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the efficiency of operational processes and ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.Participate in the strategic planning and goal-setting for the different functions in the company.Improve operational management systems, processes and best practicesPerform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.Analyze business and customer requirements to successfully meet customer needs.Monitor and report on the team’s performance.Coordinate with external company partners to ensure compliance to company requirements.Supervise and train employees.Provide administrative support where necessary.Qualifications:
Graduate of BS course in Business Administration or related fieldsAt least 5 years’ experience in Logistics Operations or Call Center Management or related industries At least 3 years’ experience in operations management as TL or ManagerGood leadership skillsGood communication skillsFlexible working scheduleWHY JOIN US
