Sales Logistics Assistant (Pampanga Plant)

Experience your best self with URC! Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Sales Logistics Assistant.The Sales Logistics Assistant will act as a Supply Chain representative in Customer operations and to ensure unhampered, on-time delivery of approved orders to Customers nationwide. He or She will provide support to RD by implementing URC Supply Chain standards to RD warehouse management systems, and implement URC Supply Chain projects (e.g. NKAG Servicing). The position will coordinate with Distribution Center, specifically with Dispatch team; with Customer Service Supervisor (CSS); Customer Operations Manager or representatives, and with trucking coordinator and Shipping lines representatives related to delivery fulfillment. Coordinates with Customer Representatives Sales USM and RSM on the Supply Chain concerns.RESPonSIBILITIESEffective Delivery Monitoring and SchedulingSpecifically for RD, implements URC Supply Chain Standards to RDs warehouse operation to ensure delivery of high quality products up to the end consumerRegularly monitor and verifies Shipping Lines Performance at destinationManage NKAG Servicing via Regional Distributor or 3rd Party Logistics ProviderInitiates project for the improvement of RD delivery and warehouseProvides Supply Chain Training Module to RD Warehouse personnelQUALIFICATIONSGraduate of any Bachelor's Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering or Accounting Graduate or other related coursesWith minimum of 1 year total experience in warehousing operation. SAP knowledge is an advantage.Knowledge in MS officeGood Communication and analytical skillsHas initiative and is resourcefulCOMPANY OVERVIEWUniversal Robina Corporation (URC) is one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies in the Philippines.
