Legal Operations Analyst

The Legal Operations Analyst will work closely with the Commercial Legal Counsel to organize and update customer contracts. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare and amend contracts. Furthermore, they will communicate contract changes to customers and to the business.

Description

Work closely with the Commercial Legal Counsel to organize and update customer contracts.Gather requirements needed to complete contracts.Collaborate with internal stakeholders in problem-solving to meet desired objectives.Complete Legal deliverables within the required timeline.Engage in testing of cases for software releases, which involves training internal stakeholders and creating training resources.Post updated contract templates on the customer contract portals and communicate changes to the business.

Profile

Competed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in commerce, legal, or related field.Experienced in contract management for in-house or private practice.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Should exhibit excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.Should have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with accuracy and proficiency.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication skills and can keep information confidential.Experienced working with multinational clients is preferred.
