Job SummaryTo work with the Campaign Marketing Manager to populate agree marketing campaign canvasses in Eloqua to help build personalized digital experiences for our customers.Key DeliverablesDaily publishing of content across BU email templates in Eloqua using agreed content from content marketing teams.Ensure that tracking of all email links are in place following the agreed tracking methodology.Follow a QA check list for all email templates.Update time references and GDPR requirements in email footers.Ensure campaign headers and campaigns are set up according to requirements within SFDC (both sales and marketing) and ensure they are populated in the Eloqua campaign where relevantEnsure profile questions and answers are set up and/or amended within the PPS and NOVA systems, all have had the appropriate sign off from the show and digital teams and proof them personally for sign off for them to go live on scheduleEnsure that all live registration forms are tested before going live and checked regularly on live, ensuring that data coming in from the registration vendors is correct and going to the places and systems it shouldEssential ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in any courseStrong problem-solving skills and an understanding of/interest in technologyHas at least 3 years of experience in Eloqua (or similar) and/or data segment building toolProficient in MS Excel and CopywritingBasic understanding in graphic designStrong collaboration and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
