In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to exhibit your customer service skills and build strong relationships with our customers in every interaction, whether by phone or email. You will be responsible in handling customer inquiries and accurately process purchase orders.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Provide professional and efficient customer service as guided by a defined process and procedure, utilizing tools and systems, within the assigned function and scope of workGeneral Product Information (price and lead time, warranty and RMA request)Order Management (mailbox management, order entry, order status, shipping discrepancy)Problem solving is also critical as you are expected to continuously identify and lead process improvement projects.Provide professional and accurate solutions for customer concernsWork hand in hand with the entire sales team in making sure that Orders are shipped on a timely manner.Support distributors inquiries regarding order fulfillment, reports and coordinate value-added activities for 3PL.Tracking, correction, and processing of missing, misread, or incomplete purchase orderCustomer Complaint including but not limited to missed shipments, incorrect orders, and request for creditsManage warehouse inventory replenishment activities and monitor cost of additional 3PL expenses.Incorporate processing of local invoice for shipment and export documentation,Provide administrative support to our ASEAN sales force when needed.FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year courseMinimum of 4-year experience in an interactive customer service, order and demand management are required. Logistics background is a plus.Background in offshore service operations specifically ASEAN is an advantage.WHO YOU ARE:
