As a Customer Service Associate, you are tasked to deliver high quality of service to the customers and clients. You are also expected to meet the following:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Answer inbound calls, e-mails, chats and other web interactions

• Listen to the concerns and/or needs of the consumer

• Provide accurate support, answers and resolutions to the appeal raised in a professional and confident way

• document the process undertaken in each transaction pertaining to the problems, requests and actions

• Maintain high level of expertise in computer tools and telephone etiquette skills

• Observe the shifting of schedules that is provided to them

• Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements

• Guarantee highest quality of service is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications

WHAT YOU NEED?

• Has a Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent business experience

• Preferably in sales, marketing, customer service and/or applicable administrative experience

• AT LEAST 6 MonTHS OF BPO EXPERIENCE

• Ability to display excellent knowledge of written and verbal communication in English

• Proficient reading skills required

• Ability to present information clearly, listen well, influence and persuade

• Sufficient knowledge in computer and other technology tools (as needed)
