E-Commerce Sales Associate

• Manage Sales and Inquiries for 4 Lazada Stores, 4 Shopee Stores, and 1 ECommerce Website

• Coordinate packing and shipping with the retail team

• Maintain a log of sales activities and generate needed reports from all e-commerce platforms

• Handle packing for 2 Lazada and 2 Shopee platforms

• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing, and all other matters related to revenue generation

• Personally pursue and close key sales opportunities, managing the sales process

• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, and prospect needs and generate product development ideas

• Set and manage client's expectations

Requirements:

• Degree in information technology or a relevant business subject.

• Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce associate.

• Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.

• Unrivaled organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills.

• Phenomenal market research skills.

• Superb data analysis and report writing abilities.

• A stickler for precision, creativity, and excellence.

• Eager about the role of technology in promoting business.

• Ability to sell to multiple levels of customers, across multiple product lines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge in the use of a Macbook/Apple Device is a plus.
