Main Responsibilities:
Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.Monitoring Web Traffic and Customer Feedback to gauge responses to site updates.Monitoring Sales & Inventory in the PlatformScheduling and Running Sale Events in the PlatformCustomer Care (FB Messenger, Phone)Processing & Packing OrdersAdditional tasks depending on the platform's and company's needs.Job Specifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree related to the field.At least 1-year of experience with e-commerce, preferably. with managing Shopify.
