The Franchise Consultant guides clients in purchasing a franchise and understanding the franchise industry. Present various Business Centre & Food cart franchise to potential franchisee. Coordinates with potential clients for ocular schedule.
1. Guide clients in the process of purchasing a franchise and understanding the franchise industry.
2. Present various business centre & food cart franchise to potential franchisee.
3. Provide advice to franchisees of strongest and weakest spots of franchise business.
4. Monitor the status of the franchise to potential and existing franchisees.
5. Prepares & ensures all franchise documents of clients are complete for endorsement to approving body.
6. Follow up customers regarding the status of their franchise / BC applications.
7. Coordinates with potential clients for ocular schedules.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.Ability to multitask.Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
