Taking on a leadership role, the Store Manager is in charge of overall management of the store s/he is assigned to and is at the forefront of protecting the brand’s identity. As a role model, s/he exemplifies all of Store values and executes all tasks with excellence. S/he equips his/her team members with the right knowledge about the company’s processes and products through training and constant guidance. The Store Manager is expected to maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. S/he is also able to ensure authentic and seamless consumer experience including resolving conflict and/or addressing complaints and concerns. This role is also critical in fostering consumer loyalty and expanding brand presence. Store Managers constantly motivate their team to work together to achieve sales and other targets set by the company.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree of any course :Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino, written and verbalDemonstrates computer proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)Passionate about basketball and basketball products STORE MANAGER Possesses a minimum of 5 years experience in the retail or service industryProven experience of at least 4 years in delivering high-level customer experience, operational excellence and general problem solvingMust have at least 4 years experience in a supervisory / managerial position
