Support the operations of a Branch, its fixed assets and inventory of products, the personnel working in the branch, the product ordering, payment, and collection of receivables from Dealers, and ensures efficient implementation of customer services within Company standard operating procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Processes orders according to agreed standards accurately.Develops and recommends to BOS orderly and systematic ordering sequence to facilitate waiting time of dealersImplements FIFO in order processingSubmits other required reportsPerforms other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeDoes suggestive selling and promo merchandisingInforms and reminds all dealers of the ordering system being implementedManages customer queries and other concerns timely and satisfactorilyJob Qualifications:
College level of any course/ short courses / vocational course in any field, Grade 12 GraduateComputer literate, with good communication skillsPossesses good interpersonal skillsWith excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
