Sales Staff for Cebu

Good day, Global Mobility Services Philippines Inc., is currently looking for Sales Staff for Cebu Area.

Job Summary:

Shall help the company build successful and long-term relationships with our customers by delivering high quality after-sales service that exceeds expectation. In charge of coordinating with the various TODA that GMS has clients in and will not be limited to attending TODA meetings and dealing with TODA concerns.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide after-sales support to the customer after the product or service has already been purchased.Register, follow-up, solve and respond to customer requests, complaints and after-sales services.Respond to and communicate with customers in the most efficient and appropriate manner to enable them to access the desired products or services, or any other help they may require.Implement strategies that ensures post-sale follow up of customer satisfaction or loyalty regarding one's product or service.Collection and ensuring that all transactions are logged, fully transparent and subject to the company’s policy on dealing with cash. Monitor the firm’s accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.Contacting debtors by telephone to enact and negotiate debt recovery.Searching publicly available databases to track down defaulters, including Credit Bureau information, background checks, and loan documents.Locates debtors and solicits payment for delinquent accounts and removes merchandise for nonpayment of account.Initiating legal and repossession proceedings if debt recovery fails.Perform motor vehicle inspection for recovered/impounded/repossessed vehicleWill be responsible for locating, coordinating repossession activities, and safely recovering the vehicles of the accounts assigned to you.Make sure that KPI’s and KRA’s in your position are met according to company standards.Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must have driver’s license and knows how to drive both 2 wheels and 4 wheels vehicle (M/T and A/T);Preferably with experience in microfinancing, Lending institutions or equivalent is an advantage.Willing to do fieldworkMust be willing to work rain or shine.
