Specific Responsibilities:
o Develops and implements respective Coverage Plan
o Generates leads/clients
o Understands customer/client processes and develops selling strategies matching customer profiles accordingly
o Overall customer management leading to closing of sale; after sales service, including complaints
o Provides outstanding customer service for their Brand
o Conducts sales and product presentations, participate in bids and attend job site meetings as needed
o Prepares quotes for all in-stock and indent products
o Coordinates with necessary departments (i.e. Warehouse & Logistics, Marketing, Finance) for timely submission of quotes and delivery of orders o Ensures timely collection of customer payments
o Builds relationship with Interior Designers and Architects
o Prepares sales reports and updates (e.g. sales performance, collection, etc.) o Works closely with Marketing to ensure alignment and effective implementation of all support activities
o Understands the competitive environment and propose strategies accordingly
o Has good understanding of products, cross-sell/introduce other Homestudio products to customers
