As a Sports Leader, your responsibility will be to make your sport accessible within your community by sharing the benefits of your sport with your customers and users. You will be making commercial decisions on how and what to sell, building your business from the ground up in-store and online. An entrepreneur and a sports lover on the job.
Responsibilities:
I take all the decisions (prices, events, stock, layout...) to promote my sport, conquer the market, and increase the penetration of my rate in my catchment area. Using my knowledge/ or assessing the local market, I determine my business strategy for my sport, including layout plans and products and services, offer.I know and talk to my users (in-store, online, and on the field with sportspeople!) and the main actors of my sport, in order to establish a personal relationship with them.I am accountable for the business performance and profitability of my sport. (Turnover, Customer traffic, Social media awareness, Supply availability, and Customer satisfaction)Accompanied by my leader, I decide on my personal development: Developing the skills related to my job or to other areas that passionate me (do what I love)Join a rapidly growing global company!
