· Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
· With2-3 years relevant experience
· Dependable and trustworthy
· With excellent communication & interpersonal skills
· Has strong leadership skills
· Willing to work in shift
Job Description:
1. Supervising the day to day operations of the store
2. Ensuring that the sales target of the store(s) is met
3. Ensuring that all customers are provided with a great shopping experience
4. Training, assisting, supervising, counseling, motivating & evaluating all staff in the store
5. Submitting reports on a regular basis or as required
6. Dealing with customer complaints properly
7. Overseeing stock pricing and control
8. Maximizing profitability of the store
9. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
10. Preparing promotional materials and ensuring that they are displayed on time
11. Liaising with the Main Office
12. Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
