Basic Functions:
The Account Manager is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals in an assigned industry/territory. Account Manager are expected to work with Project Managers and Consultants ensuring that the client’s expectations on the signed contract is met.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for lead generation, contract creation and negotiation, develops business development plan to meet the client’s business goals.
• Builds professional relationships and client network. Carries the company’s brand of excellent service and client care. Crafts innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, and coordinates these plans to the Consultants for the client’s satisfaction.
• Responsible for drafting and executing contracts, memorandum of agreements, and other pertinent documents for newly acquired clients.
• Attended to client issues and concerns, and presented solutions in a timely manner.
Job specifications:
• Graduate of BS Business Management or related business courses
• Experience in corporate selling and face to face client interaction is a plus
• Experience in customer support, and people relations for at least 2 years
