Responsibilities:Preparing action plans to identify new customers and projects , actively and effectively searching out new leads and sales prospectsBuilding/maintaining strong relationships with customersProviding solution-oriented advice and price proposals on lighting offers working closely with the design and engineering teamProviding regular sales forecast and project pipeline updatesDeveloping regular account and sales management reportsUnderstanding competitive landscape and key market drivers, support strategy thus ensuring sustainable growth of the product/service portfolioRequirements: Degree in EE, ECE or an equivalent in a technical and/or business discipline, and/or equivalent experience7-10 year experience in technical sales, ideally in the lighting industry, with a demonstrable record of successProfessional knowledge and experience in a B2B environmentCustomer service and result-oriented approach, ability to work under pressureStrong organizational, project management and analytical skillsExcellent sales and negotiation skills and experience in implementing sales plansHigh interpersonal and communication skills and positive personal energy
