Position Title: Retirement Services Analyst | Systems and Data Services (Level 11)

Responsibilities:
System set up, Research, Change orders, Plan service file management, online maintenanceUAT for relevant applicationsSMEs for business requirementsParticipate in remediation effortsManage support mailboxesQualifications:
At least 2+ years related experience in payroll and/or data analysis.Bachelor's Degree holder or Undergraduates are WELCOME!Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills a must.Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.Experience in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Word.Knowledge of business analysis and ability to understang the logic behind data, including where it can from and the data's end purpose.Experience in performing code-based programming solution to achieve a successful data conversion and in transforming massive amounts of data into the Client Retirement product requirements and formatting.
