HR Team Asia, Inc is looking for an Assistant General Manager for a Food Processing Company located in Laguna

Job Purpose:

Responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes, and scorecard metrics.

Goals and Objectives:

Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the Company's offerings to customers.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to the PresidentSupervises Director of Finance and AdministrationSupervises Production, QA/R&D, Engineering, and Materials ManagerSupervises Business Development Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.  Oversees all aspects of operations with heads of all departments.

2. Provides leadership/vision with the development, coordination, execution, and monitoring of short and long-term plans.

3. Coordinates the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports and addresses performance issues that prevent the achievement of targets/objectives.

4. Develops strategic plans for optimized productivity while upholding standards of excellence and quality.

5. Oversees key hiring, talent development programs, and succession planning.

6. evaluates and decide upon key investments in equipment and infrastructure.

7. Develops, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.

8. Communicates strategy and results to employees.

9.  Reports key results to corporate officers.

10. Engages with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.

11. Manages relationships with major clients.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

College degree in business, engineering, or food science preferably with a graduate degree in business management Strategic Planning Skills           Financial planning skills/Ability to develop and maintain financial plansLeadership skills/Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountableInterpersonal skills/Ability to communicate, collaborate and delegateStrong decision-making capabilitiesGood Negotiating skillsStrong working knowledge of operational procedures
