Job Description:
To effectively manage assigned resources, departments and/or locations, ensuring that department or operational goals are achieved and processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistentlyRecruits, develops, motivates and manages the team performance.Ensures team awareness of current processes and procedures, and relevant Company and regulatory requirements, which may impact the operation or department.Arranges completion of accurate and timely reporting across area of responsibility.Plans and schedules resources, including rostering, to ensure department priorities are completed.Oversees team projects/initiatives in order to deliver planned results on time and within budget. Supports the team using project management tools and processes to plan, control and execute various project /programs.Continuously seeks to develop and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team by applying quality driven management principles.Manages department/location budget and takes appropriate actions in order to optimize costs and to remain within agreed parameters.Ensures team activities are completed on time and effectively, whilst maintaining compliance with company and statutory/regulatory requirements.Builds effective networks relationships within own team and with key stakeholders across the business in order to achieve optimal business outcomes. Maintains external alignments with customers, vendors, relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) or external bodies as required. Represents company in external organisations as requiredRequirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any disciplineProficiency in English (Written and Spoken)Preferably with Four (4) years of relevant work experienceAble to make decisions, solve problems and conflicts, and negotiate with others using active listening, critical thinking, and persuasion skillsHave an open-mind and be able to apply social perceptiveness when guiding/facilitating/ instructing others.Preferably with previous management experienceCan drive and with own car (as much as possible)
