Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant (Flour Product).
The Brand Marketing Assistant manages the implementation of marketing strategies for the brand/s handled by analyzing trends, conducting research planning, and recommending marketing plans with the objective of raising brand awareness and increasing the market share of the product/s.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
Assist in developing the Category vision and strategy based on consumer insight and market dynamics.Assist in developing and implementing the brand plan in line with category strategy, covering strategy, pricing and innovation, and renovation.Identify Category and business opportunities, e.g. product and packaging improvements.Plan execute & evaluate marketing promotions, events, and sampling activities in line with the brand plan.Conducts market research to obtain consumer insights and market opportunitiesWhat are the Qualifications?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Has the ability to lead and manage cross-functional projectsMust be highly creative and innovativeStrong networking skills with both internal and external stakeholdersMust be highly motivated and focused on customer understandingMust have good analytical and data analysis skillsMust be proficient in oral & written communicationFull-Time position(s) available.COMPANY OVERVIEW
