Here’s a summary of what you will be doing in this job:Supports the business objectives by maintaining complete and accurate database of the Franchise & Conversion initiativesSuccess in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:1. Manages the database requirements and documents in support of the Franchise Acquisition initiatives Ensures completion of weekly updates from Franchise Acquisition Officers2. Monitors all franchise leads from source3. Provides regular updates on the status of pending applications of franchisees4. Coordinates the sales process with relevant internal stakeholders5.  Creates contract in coordination with Legal Services and Enterprise Marketing and Pricing Departments for renewal and newly acquired operators6. Monitors performance of operators or dealers in coordination with Branded Retail Team and Enterprise Marketing and Pricing Department7. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to timeQualifications:must be a graduate of Business Management or any related coursemust have at least 2  years experience in legal services and management or business related tasksmust be MS Office proficient, well-organized; optimistic and can work with minimal supervisionmust be willing to work on holidays/weekends from time to timeExpectations from Candidates1. Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.2. Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.3.
