JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Professional and Marketing Knowledge, Oral and Written Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Planning and Organizing, Creativity and Innovation, Analytical Skills, LeadershipSupervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.BASIC FUNCTIONS
Analyze market and product scenarios, develop strategies, coordinate and communicate with internal and external customers, implement and measure promotional activities to support over-all marketing plan; and performs related functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts feasibility studies on the market potential of proposed products for launching and presents recommendation on the viability of the project.Develops marketing plans for the product and product prototype (packaging, brandname and others).Coordinates with Technical Department for product sourcing and product trials.Prepares annual forecasts, coordinates with supply chains for requirements, and adjusts product forecasts accordingly based on offtake or movement.Conceptualizes marketing programs to create demand and ensure product acceptance both from trade and consumers.Cascades marketing guidelines, program mechanics, brand strategies, product forecasts to Distribution and promotions group.Reviews and evaluates systems and procedures of all current and proposed marketing project to ensure smooth implementation and generate improvements when necessary.Represents the organization in presentation meetings with prospective clients interested in participation and involvement in on-going marketing programs of the company.Coordinates with concerned departments and external parties regarding matters on technical support of marketing and public relations activities of the organization.Prepares required periodic reports.Performs related functions as required from time to time.
