Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner within the Johnson & Johnson Global Services organization in Paranaque City, Philippines.

This role will be part of J&J's Talent Acquisition Solutions - Recruitment Process In-sourcing (RPI) Team based in Paranaque City, Philippines. We are a team of full-cycle recruiters that handles volume recruitment roles supported by Global Services hubs. The TA Solutions recruiter plays a key role in delivering and carrying out our recruitment strategies. Our initiatives will enable the recruitment of exceptional talents for J&J!

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the execution of recruitment initiatives to acquire top talents across different subject areas. You will be a crucial resource to meet strategic hiring objectives in your assigned business/geography. You will advocate for outstanding candidate experience to ensure the attraction and acquisition of high-caliber talents for J&J. We will equip you with sophisticated recruiting technologies to locate and engage prospective candidates more efficiently. You will be trusted to maintain confidentiality as you operate with poise and integrity in a sophisticated, high-profile, and constantly evolving environment.

In this role, you will need to demonstrate an agile approach to recruiting by adopting new technologies striven to build and implement talent attraction strategies for volume-based roles for the organization. With the continuous growth of J&J, building balanced candidate pipelines will greatly make a difference as we continue to provide outstanding customer experiences.

We will support you in shaping and developing your initiatives to drive increased quality of hire. While we strive to decrease our time to fill you will work closely with the team to enable process excellence in recruiting; encouraging a talent advisor approach with customers and teams.

You are empowered to collaborate and influence the hiring team to improve J&J's behavioral and competency-based interview methodology and coach Hiring Managers or Teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques. You are seen as the Champion of outstanding candidate experience from sourcing up until onboarding; ensuring close collaboration with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment onboarding teams. As you craft competitive offer package recommendations to line managers, your task is to partner with hiring teams to create a neutral strategy that will lead to higher conversion rates.

Ensuring data integrity through accurate and timely providing all candidate information in the recruitment technology is part of your role. While you gain market knowledge within your business area, you are expected to manage talent data and translate it into our talent story with external elements like market data and insights.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is requiredMust have at least 5 years of experienceMust have acquired solid experience in volume recruiting. Experience with offshore recruiting is highly preferred.Preference for candidates with prior experience in using new technologies (Talent Relationship Management tools and Taleo) as well as external digital platforms (ie linkedIn, social media recruiting, search engines) to develop and implement sourcing strategies (talent identification, targeted emails, and social campaigns) to handle multiple projects.Proven track record in building sustainable candidate pipelines and developing significant prospect/candidate relationships.Can empower managers into assessing which candidates have the right skills that lead to success in a role.Possess strong curiosity to understand J&J's long-term and short-term strategies; focusing on assigned service level strengths and challenges.Able to grasp compensation philosophy and can tell an effective story of the total compensation package.
