Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible in performing analysis of the HRIS system that includes data integrity monitoring and administration, updating files and keep existing files currentMaintain HR data tools, reporting and dashboardsProduce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports.Audits data and troubleshoot irregularities in the HRIS and other platformsWorks with Studio HR in automating HR reports and dashboards for regional and global reporting purposesParticipates in or lead HR Analytics-related or special projects as requiredTechnical skills:
Knowledgeable in handling HRIS data and transactionsMastery in MS Excel, PPT and other reporting tools and platformsKnowledge with statistical modeling and descriptive statisticsProject management skill; can lead/handle basic to intermediate HR Analytics-related projectWork experience requirement:
Experience in Netsuite and/or Workday is preferred2 - 3 years of relevant data analytics experience
