Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalentMinimum 2 years experience in a Java Developer role.Experience working within the financial business is a plus

Technical Skills:

Working proficiency in Programming Aptitude (language independent)Working knowledge in flowchartingWorking knowledge in Java (Core) with minimum guidanceFamiliarity in Git/Version Control/RepositoryWorking knowledge in test-driven developmentWorking knowledge in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, REST API, Git, JMS, and Weblogic with minimum guidanceWorking knowledge in microservices architecture and Java genericsWorking knowledge in spring framework and spring bootsWorking knowledge in test-driven developmentWorking Knowledge in OO design and software design patterns

B3:

3-5 years experience in a Java Developer roleHas in-depth knowledge of own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplinesIn-depth, working knowledge of design patterns and development framework

Behavioral Skills:

Analytical problem solver, detail-oriented, and organizedProactive, self-starter communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with team members, peers, and stakeholders.Proficient in English spoken and written (our company language)

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experienceOften leads the work of small project teams; may formally train junior staffWorks independently; receives minimal guidanceLead multiple scrum teams to developmentWriting well-designed, efficient, and testable code
