Roles and Responsibilities
onboarding new contacts and accounts onto CRM and other systems.Assist Client Partners and Sales Consultants with communications and Diary coordinationMonitor and filter mailboxesEdit and format documents and presentationsUpdate of key metrics and agendas for senior meetingsEnsure the administrative post sales process is followedEnsure timeframes are met for the quotation processMaintain filing of documentation and updating of existing documentationProactively monitor renewal dates and prepare renewal agreements ahead of timeOther proactive administration duties as required.Assist where required with database managementUpkeep a variety of schedules and spreadsheetsProduce weekly, monthly and annual reportsLiaise with various departments and provide answers to Sales where requiredPrepare Cadence reports for the regional sales director, internal and customer-facingRequired Experience
A minimum of 2 yrs customer service experiencePrevious experience in a customer service and sales support role, or similarWith administration and computer skillsAble to prioritize tasks and displays effective time managementA team player, but also capable and willing to work autonomouslyEffective communication skills, both written and verballyWork Setup: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)
