Department Staff
The role is to provide administrative support to the Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Receiving, screening, and processing of documents and visa applications accurately and in a timely manner
➢ Respond and attend promptly, professionally and in a courteous manner in inquiries and other clients’ concerns
➢ Send and replies email inquiries regarding visa application and other related concerns
➢ Exercise discretion and high degree of responsibility in handling clients’ confidential/sensitive information and documentation
➢ Maintain and retain files strictly in accordance with the Consular’s laws and requirement
➢ Adhere to all standards and procedures required by the department which includes but not limited to the Code of Conduct, Client Service Standards and record keeping requirements.
➢ Other duties related to and as per instructed by the Department Head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➢ Bachelor’s Degree in any four-year course.
➢ With two (2) years’ experience in visa application processing
➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
➢ Attention to detail
➢ Problem-solving/ Critical Thinking
➢ multi-tasking
➢ Proficient in Microsoft applications
➢ Can start immediately
