· Doctor of Medicine (MD) graduate from an accredited and reputable medical school, and duly licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission· Degree in Medicine: Residency training: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is an advantage.· Excellent written and oral communication skills· Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint is essential· Good communication skills with stakeholders and a good team playerJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees medical-marketing activities including promotional material review and approval, and product information formulationProvides consultation to Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance personnel· Provides therapeutic area information to the brand team and contributing to strategic planning, developing local activitiesWork with Product Managers to develop strategies to support brand commercialization activities and ensure these activities are conducted within the company’s principles and ethical standardsProvide support in training of marketing and sales forceParticipate in advisory committees and other professional relations activitiesParticipate in advertising standards councilEstablish and maintain contacts with external experts, and thought leaders in the country· Developing and maintaining a network and interacting with societies and other health care professionals, authorities and media to be up-to-date on relevant professional society focus and trends· Initiating and managing clinical and scientific activities and projects together with Product Management TeamHelping Product Management Group in developing new products. Give key insights on Product and patient profileResponsible for the quality of Technical Authority content in training, including regular updates and on-boarding processesProvide scientific training within the therapeutic area to sales reps and medical staff· Conduct meetings and training with new medical representativeCollecting scientific insights to be integrated into Clinical Development Programs
