Ensure the proper implementation of the Distribution and Community Outreach Service-related (COS) activities from planning, preparation, monitoring, and evaluation;Find and recommend qualified suppliers for the distribution activity;Lead the promotion of the COS to increase the possible donors/sponsors;Coordinate with the Sponsorship Staff or other FCOP staff to ensure that the list of the distribution beneficiaries is based on the correct and updated master list;Coordinate with partners in every Distribution and Community Outreach Service-related activity that needs to be conducted in the area;Ensure that Distribution and COS activities are carried out based on the timeline and plan;Create COS promotional materials;Prepare narrative reports and statistical reports related to Distribution and COS;Make a plan for the Distribution and COS activities every Fiscal Year;Manage the resources of the project effectively and efficiently;Ensure timeliness in submitting the plan/request and liquidation reports;document any success stories in Distribution and COS;Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team, Program Supervisor/Management.
