Program Manager

The position is primarily responsible for spearheading and implementing programs related to education and special projects. The position is also task to manage the museum artifacts and ensure its good condition. Specific responsibilities include:

Spearheads and implements programs for scholarship, alternative learning.evaluates effectiveness of the education program/s and determines its impact to the organization and to the lives of the beneficiaries.Develops initiatives and linkages among government institutions, academe, private sectors, and other non-profit organization to open opportunities for graduate scholars of CLFI in finding a job.Collaborates in the development, design and deployment of livelihood programs for alternative learning system (ALS) graduates who cannot avail of the bachelor’s degree.Develops programs to strengthen employee’s spiritual awareness and understanding.Ensures that museum artifacts are in good condition and accurately catalogue. Monitors the regular updating of items in the database.Manages programs for donations, relief operations, social, and cultural programs. Ensures that each activity are properly coordinated and executed.

QUALIFIFCATIONS

Graduate of any four-year college course preferably with Masters DegreeAt least 5 years experience in related institution (e.g, foundation, nonprofit organization or any corporate social responsibility function) preferably knowledgeable in education advocaciesCan start ASAP.
