QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of Bachelor's and Masters Degree in Medical Physics or equivalent.
• With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Leadership, Decision-making, Communication, Driving, and Advance Computer Skills.
• Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City.
JOB DEscriptION
1. Provides clinical applications training to customers both on-site and remotely to ensure the customer is well prepared to obtain training that will enable them to operate their Saginova Brachytherapy System (--may add other radiotherapy modality in the future) equipment according to a minimum of safe and effective use guidelines with the highest level of satisfaction.
2. Assist in managing the customer’s clinical expectations. As available, provides competitive product performance information to head office, marketing, or engineering group.
3. May coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training courses. May conduct large group presentations at seminars, training programs, and conventions. Work with cross-functional teams as necessary to support and enable best services and optimize customer relations.
4. Identify sales opportunities into existing customer sites and into to new sites in close collaboration with the local sales teams.
5. Implement given actions to achieve the sales goals defined by the commercial lead of each project.
6. Support the sales team with in-depth product expertise.
7. Make product presentations and demonstrations when required.
8. Consult and give advice of how to set up brachytherapy service in radiotherapy department and clinical workflow.
9. To provide support and advice for configuration of offering to customers.
10. To provide support on answering tender document.
11. To provide support in preparing license application of new sites.
