The OpportunityWe are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an Equity Valuation Associate at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to craft the future of their companies.
This role is passionate about supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative approaches for clients by generating and presenting valuable and concrete insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Key Responsibilities
Support colleagues on valuation projects, analyses, and other needs of clientsConstruct financial models to estimate the fair value of equity-based compensation within a risk neutral frameworkModel the potential financial accounting impact of alternative equity plans and programs to assist clients in maximizing the perceived value received by participantsApply traditional valuation models to other types of securitiesPrepare reports, exhibits, summaries, presentations, and recommendations for client deliverablesManage the deliverable schedules to ensure timely completionDevelop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular and proactive communicationsProvide regular mentorship and developmental feedback to junior associatesAssist in recruitment and training of junior associatesAssist in various ad-hoc projectsRequired Experience:
1 – 4 years of experience in a data analysis, financial modeling, or an actuarial role; fresh graduates with strong academic and quant background are also encouraged to applyAbility to work independently in a consulting operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituentsWorking knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation, and creative problem-solvingMust be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large volumes of dataOrganization skills, detail-oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a teamProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and WordProcessing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skillsHas an “eye for detail,” while not losing sight of the bigger pictureExcellent written and oral communication skillsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, or other related fields
